The way we are working has undergone tremendous change in the last couple of years. If we think of it, it makes sense too after all the way work has been and is still happening is based on the circumstances of the industrial revolution time. Now, however, work has changed.
Work 4.0 is shaped and carried by three major trends: holacracy, sociocracy and decision-centric way of working. In the following, we will take a look at what work 4.0 demands from today’s or tomorrow’s leaders; we will explore each of those patterns and paradigms a little closer to see how they are the backbone to work 4.0.
